Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "865jili" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://865jili.net, including all its services, games, and features.
• "User", "Player", or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 865jili platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on 865jili.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all 865jili transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward offered by 865jili to eligible users under specified terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 865jili platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the 865jili platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

To register and use the 865jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 865jili or any of its affiliated companies.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 865jili. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 865jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

865jili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 865jili are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports a range of payment channels available to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 865jili account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 865jili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, you may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of your payment method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method.

Bonuses & Promotions

865jili may offer various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players as defined by each promotion. 865jili reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups of players from promotions at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method deemed abusive by 865jili will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and winnings derived from expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the 865jili platform — including slots, live dealer casino, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and e-sports betting — are governed by their respective game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

Game Outcomes: All electronic games on 865jili utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. 865jili does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be declared void and any stakes placed during the malfunction will be refunded. 865jili's decision regarding the handling of technical malfunctions is final.

Bet Acceptance: 865jili reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager placed on the platform at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where there is a technical error in the odds or pricing displayed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 865jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering or operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification processes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without valid cause.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 865jili staff or other players.
• Circumventing any geographic restrictions or security measures implemented by 865jili.

Account Suspension & Closure

865jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where there is reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

In cases of voluntary account closure requested by the user, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these terms, 865jili reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds, as compensation for any losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 865jili platform — including but not limited to software, game content, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 865jili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 865jili platform without the prior written consent of 865jili.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 865jili, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

865jili's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

865jili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Responsible Gaming

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 865jili regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, the Player should first contact the 865jili support team, providing full details of the complaint. 865jili will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. 865jili's internal records, including game logs and transaction records, shall be the primary evidence in resolving any dispute.
